Unexpected Stay

We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked if you are cooking during your stay. And there is plenty of storage. It has a pretty view and outside room to relax. What we loved the most is the town. It has a small town feel but there are a variety of really good restaurants within walking distance, and everyone we spoke with was very kind and generous. It has such a welcoming feel. You could tell many knew each other and enjoyed time together. It is a small distance from bigger towns and Napa but there are plenty of wonderful wineries nearby as well as outdoor activities and sites. We would stay again if ever in the area.
