「We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. 「I am on a non-profit board with 4 people on it. We needed to get our annual planning for 2025-26 done quickly and the best way to do that was to get away from our day-to-day lives and location.Linda's home is lovely, extremely comfortable and has ideal amenities and is a perfect balance between quiet and easily accessible.We had a great visit! 「Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). 「The cabin was clean and perfect for our family for the size of 7 we still had plenty of room. Nice and quiet location with a back yard view. You can also fish in the back from your porch but the only thing is at night is do not open the back patio door or mesquitos will get inside. 」

「Location was good, nice view, but I didn’t realize highway 20 was just 40 yards below the deck, thus somewhat noisy outside. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. There was some dirt on blinds and window sills, but not bad. The neighborhood was ok, a few abandoned homes down the road, but nice homes surrounding the house. Overall a good stay, we went to Blue Lakes lodge to swim the next day, nice… 」
