Did not provide wheelchair accessible room as requested. Water pressure was great but the faucet was broken and all the water went into the tub and didn’t reach the shower head. Then the tub could not drain fast enough. My feet did get a nice soaking by the time I could get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair… but yuk.

Room was not clean and the beds had a slope to them from the feet being up in the air more than the head. Bathroom shower looked like someone came from the oil fields and took a shower the base was really dirty and black. No ice machine working. I can't believe this is a Wyndham hotel it reminds you of a sleezy motel that was changed over.

Perimeter parking was full of trash. The hotel had approximately 30 mattresses laying out in the parking lot area. Room wasnt clean when i walked in. Trash was still in the bin. The room had a stench that has horrible! When i asked for a refund, the attendant said since i booked through the internet he wasnt able to assist.

The sink wouldn't drain; I had to pick my hair out myself to get it to drain. The coffee maker has a very short cord. I had to crawl under the table to reach the outlet and make coffee. The light bulbs weren't screwed in all the way. A previous customer left some coffee papers behind, and I asked that only coffee be left for me. I think things like that need to be taken care of. Otherwise, it's a nice, quiet place.

Staff was very friendly, housekeeping is nice! Not a huge breakfast selection just waffles, yogurt, mini muffins, and instant oatmeal, cereal and fruit. (NO MEAT OR EGGS) Orange and apple juice, milk and coffee. But I mean it's something! Stay has been pleasant, not a lot of traffic or outside noise.

I have stayed at many La Quintas and this has to be the WORST one I’ve ever stayed. The whole place was dirty, smelled of weed and cigarettes. The room was disgusting. I didn’t even want to use the shower as it was so gross. Half the light bulbs were missing. And someone had ripped the wire out of the mini fridge so that didnt work. We HAD to stay one night but I refused to stay the second night. When I went to check out they had never actually checked me in and was showing as a no show. What a mess! This place needs new management and new staff. Just horrible!

the first room was disgusting. When I first walked in. It was a very strong smell of cigarettes. I try to turn on the light. The light would not turn on. There was only one lamp that had a lightbulb when examining the bathroom I found hair inside a very filthy tub when I went to go and pull back the covers to check there was hair inside there as well I went to the front desk and asked for a different room because that room was unsuitable. I was given another room when I walked in the smell was horrendous. I proceeded to go and check the bathroom. The bathtub was filthy like it had never been clean before there was snot inside the sink that was dried in there. The bed smelled really bad. I didn’t even wanna look under the covers the walls were filthy. I could not stay there. I put then proceeded to the front desk and tell them I cannot stay here. I want a refund front desk just gave me an ugly look made me feel very uncomfortable for asking for a refund. Then I asked how often are these rooms cleaned he said he don’t know. He’s just the front desk, my husband was forced to find me a hotel at 1 AM in the morning and had to pay double the amount that I paid at La Quinta because it was a short notice and I did not have any reservations for the next two days. This is my first time ever traveling by myself, and it was one of the worst experiences ever, especially at this hotel staff should be trained properly rooms should be cleaned immediately and detailed fixture should fixed

There was mold on the shower ceiling, previous leaks that bubbled the paint in multiple areas around the room, smoke detector was removed, and worst of all, there was a pungent odor that filled the room that you could literally taste. I believe it came from the discusting a/c and heat unit in the room. Smelled like a thick mildew. This room was the worst I've stayed in a really long time. The odd thing about it was when I called to make reservations, I was quoted over $500 for the 2 day stay. I got a much better deal with Expedia at $155. I couldnt even stay the second day, the smell was so unbearable.
