Our family came to watch the eclipse. We had a wonderful time and had the perfect view from the deck out back. The house was absolutely perfect for us and will look for it again, if we are ever in the area. Thanks for having us!

Family Christmas Visit
Second bathroom and several areas of house were very dirty. Property manager was to send cleaning crew back to clean but they supposedly came and areas remained dirty. Wifi also went down on last two days of our stay and we could not get working again. Other than that, home was an older home that was reasonably maintained in a decent neighborhood. Great upstairs area for hosting larger families. Home was well stocked with supplies and property manager was very responsive. The cleanliness was the primary turn-off for us and we would not rent there again.

AWESOME PLACE IN MIDLAND
WE were so extremely happy about this place… this house is AWESOME Clean and BIG !! We rented this beautiful house for 10 days!! Love the living area PLENTY OF SPACE!! We celebrate Thanksgiving 2023 with family and friends. We loved our gatherings in this home.. We recommend this place 100%. We will most definitely rent this home again in the future 💙

We attended a swim meet, this property provided us plenty of private space, out door space, and wow what a great kitchen! Downstairs rooms could use the updating the rest of the home has, but all in all it was perfect for what we needed.

We got the house for a graduation, the first night was a sleep over of 3 in the great room upstairs. The adults slept downstairs. There was plenty of space! We will be getting it again!

Disappointing
We reserved this VRBO far in advance for our Christmas trip to Midland. The pictures on the listing are beautiful, but upon arrival we were quite disappointed. The beds/linens were not clean (we took pictures), curtains in one of the rooms were stained with a substance resembling blood. We had to pick up dead cockroaches throughout the house, and all soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty. The best part of the house is the upstairs living area. We stayed up there (my entire family of 6) as it was the cleanest. This house has such great potential, and would be a place we’d love to visit again- however, the overall lack of cleanliness needs to be addressed.
