“Location was convenient. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in/check-out”

“Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

“The Host would get 5 stars, he was prompt and ready to handle the situation. The place was lacking cleaning, from base boards to walls and filters. There was an open bag of Ice in the freezer, and a dirty rag behind the bathroom door. Trash in the kitchen sink and food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom sink was leaking as well. Beautiful sunroom that couldn’t be used because it had an overwhelming smell of weed and cigarette smoke. I will say after complaining to the host, he got……

“Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise nice unit.”
