"We had a delayed flight and I called to check in after 12:30 am. They held the room and 3 employees were happily waiting. ( Granted 1 was in training but one remembered our 4 AM check out last week. Since we got to take advantage of all amenities this time, I still highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, hallways, elevators, nice pool for laps, good breakfast choices, huge room, comfy bed and pillows, good room temperature, gym with all you need for balanced work out. "
