Wij hebben medio augustus 5 nachten doorgebracht en zijn door de eigenaar heer Cankat en zijn echtgenote met alle égards ontvangen. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk, zeer behulpzaam en bekwaam. 「I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...

「What I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing! 」
