"My coworkers and I booked a two bedroom and we were only given a one bedroom. I am a female staying with two men. I called Vrbo and they were unable to get ahold of the host. The phone number listed for the house went to a disconnected number. The hotel was completely sold out and no solution was provided to me. On the receipt it shows one room in the upper left corner. "

"Westgate is so great, we can’t wait to go back. They have everything right there... skiing; dining; swimming; yoga; spa; etc. my only caution would be to avoid rooms 1500-1503, as they are directly under the Edge restaurant and you can hear the diners moving their noisy chairs all night- not good for early-to-bed children or adults trying to rest for a long day of skiing the next morning."

"We had a great trip. The property was as expected. The issues were with the booking process... it took a week for the property manager to complete and send a booking confirmation. Then upon check-in the property (timeshare/ hotel) couldn't find our reservation using any of the confirmation numbers given. They did say that they have had issues in the past with it. Otherwise the rest of the trip went smoothly."
