「The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!」
