“The suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was phenomenal! You don’t personally have control of the temperature in the suite, but the host was very accommodating with keeping it comfortable for us. Loved our stay!”

Maria/Jessica were great and very responsive to a minor issue we had that was addressed promptly. Huge place, very centrally located, very clean, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Would most definitely stay here again!!”

“This apartment doesn’t look like much on the outside but the inside is great. It was spacious, tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. It is located in the heart of the college area near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to.”

“Great location for walkable access to FSU campus. Unit was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay.. The bathroom is awesome with a huge shower and fancy light-up mirror. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there for the weekend to see a FSU game.”

“Property was very clean, and exactly as pictures described. Very close to FSU campus. Only issue we experienced was the house had a very strong musty smell every time we walked into the property. Upon returning home we discovered that our entire luggage of clothes had that same odor. ”

“Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! ”

“Note, I am only commenting on the room that I rented, not the entire apartment. Everyone has their own circumstances. The room that I stayed in was kept cleaner than the rest of the apartment. The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only.”

“We are a family who was dropping off our freshman for college and wanted a convenient location. This vacation home fit the bill. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed. I was able to work at the desk provided and the internet bandwidth handled my video calls. Communication with the host was perfect. Would stay again.”

“The directions to the farm could have been clearer but the way was hampered because of tornadoes having hit the area just the week before. I would have liked hearing from the owner the day of the storm when she knew of the downed trees and power lines and huge ruts in the driveway that would cause some vehicles much difficulty getting through, mine included. The farm was rustic and shabby. The access to the cottage was a challenge in several ways. I was concerned if I was going to encounter……

“With its comfortable beds and central location, This rental seems to be an ideal place for a bunch of twenty-somethings to crash after a day/night of activity. It was not as comfortable for a family group of three generations that would like to cook in, sometimes, and live like home when not on the go. The property manager did bring by things that we requested when we arrived and noticed some obvious needs. But, things that we considered necessities; like washcloths and a can opener were……
