Fish, crab or just sit and enjoy the sunset from the dock. Kayaks and life jackets are available for our guests use. The house has four bedrooms & two full baths.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, walk in closets & gorgeous water views. This room has both a king size bed as well as an oversized chair that is a twin sized sleeper sofa.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with water.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and wooded views.
The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and wooded views.
There is a second oversized chair in the front "office" that contains a twin sleeper sofa. This front room has a desk that is a perfect place for drawing, crafts & puzzles or provides a quiet space to work if you need to dial in during your vacay.
Bed linens & bath towels are provided for your stay. Each bathroom includes soap & shampoo.
A starter supply of bottled water, snacks, coffee, tea, half and half and sweeteners are stocked in the kitchen. There is a Keurig K-Duo Coffee maker that makes both single serve and carafe coffee. Both pods and coffee grounds are provided.
Fire pit, propane grill and grilling utensils available. Fire wood for the fire pit is provided and replenished as needed during the stay.

Guest access
Boaters are welcome to tie up at our dock overnight during their stay.
Jones Creek boat ramp is less than 1/2 mile away. Jones creek is a high tide only ramp...there is no water and access to pull a boat at low tide.
Sunbury boat ramp is about a 15 minute drive away & is access/use is not tide dependant.
This is a low country house that is built up on piers. All living is on one level but the main living area is on the second floor. Guests will have to climb stairs to access the house.
Other things to note:
Small gatherings are welcome at Marsh Manor but must be discussed with the host prior to arrival. Depending on the nature and needs of the event, an additional fee may apply. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas only.
We’re happy to welcome service animals at no charge, and no documentation is required. Guests may also bring up to two well-behaved dogs (40 pounds or under) for a pet fee of $125 per stay, which will be billed after booking confirmation. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, dogs must remain leashed outdoors, be cleaned up after, and stay off the furniture. If left alone in the house, they should be safely secured in a guest-provided crate.
