The room was very clean and conveniently located. The office woman was friendly and helpful. Common areas are nice and welcoming. Overall it was quiet. Easy to get Ubers there even during Sundance which was a major plus.

Facility was clean and nice. However, it is very new and seemed kind of sterile - no artwork on walls, vinyl flooring, no extra blankets. Construction was actively on-going. Nothing around the condos in the way of food and beverage, or any retail at all, Have to drive to get to any of this.

This was a perfect place for a working retreat. The kitchenette was perfect for light meals. The dining area a quiet workspace. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub and steam room. It was a perfect getaway.

Excellent location and condition, great value

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel appeared to be brand new so everything was in excellent condition and the room was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils we needed, the internet was super fast and the walk in closet was huge! This hotel is a bit out of the way, so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Other than that though it's a great location, absolutely beautiful.
