I called and texted to make sure late checkins were available. They assumed me if I got there at midi could still check in but when I arrived. I was locked out with little no no directions. They told me to got to the baton building which was locked behind a room number they never gave me. I tried contacting the property, Expedia, and the emergency lock out number and got zero assistance and Expedia said that it was a private request that the hotel made a accommodation foe me but on the app it says check in ANYTIME! WHICH WAS FALSE. The employee didnt give me the proper check in instructions and had to spend the night in my car and its a NONREFUNDABLE ROOM! So basicilly I payed for a room I had zero access to amd still no response from anyone the next day. Ive never been to a hotel that has zero employees working after hours. Not 1 person in the lobby or front office and all the outside doors are locked. I even texted their number and followed their instructions and let them know ahead of time what time i was coming but no response either. The employee i spoke to on the phone sounded very unenthusiastic and irritated with me for just asking questions. I just wanted to make sure I was getting what I expected. Which wasn't the case.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in our studio unit. Despite some reviews mentioning soft mattresses, we found them perfectly comfortable - and my wife prefers a firm bed. The location is convenient; driving in via Route 40 is a breeze compared to the traffic in Park City. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond, even recommending an outstanding "locals-only" Mexican spot in Park City away from the tourist crowds. We also found that shopping and dining in nearby Heber City was much more budget-friendly. While the walk to the Jordanelle Express Gondola is about 1,500 feet (0.3 mile) through a zigzaging parking lot, the continuous Deer Valley shuttle made the trip effortless. Plus, the free ski storage at the base of the Gondola is a huge perk. One of the highlights was the full kitchen; it was convenient to be able to prepare meals right in the unit and stop in for lunch during our ski day. Since we visited during a low-snow period in March, we scored a great rate. The staff was even kind enough to let us use the lounge and gym for a post-checkout shower and change on our final day. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING! My room, with one king bed and a sofa, was like a luxury apartment. Beautiful kitchen that had everything but the food. It is an exit away from Main Street and Down Town Park City, but the quick easy drive is worth it. The amenities, including the gym and the game room, are brand new and fantastic! Highly recommend.
