「My wife and I were looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation. The pictures and description did not match the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Expedia was amazing in helping us. If you are looming for quiet and relaxing look elsewhere. We were so disappointed and spent 8 hours driving to get here. The area is not family friendly or anywhere I would feel safe after dark.」

「The best part of our stay was the front desk agent, who I believe was named Angie. She was friendly, professional, and apologetic for the issues we encountered. Her excellent customer service was the one bright spot during our visit. The room my four children and I stayed in was not clean. I always come prepared with cleaning supplies, so I cleaned all of the hard surfaces myself. The bedding was also dirty. Housekeeping initially brought up clean sheets, but the comforter appeared to be melted...
