“I wish I had more time”

“The cleanliness of the room was questionable, and overall the property felt very old and poorly maintained. There were cracks in the bathroom floor, rust inside the freezer, and rust under the AC unit, which made the room feel unpleasant and outdated - more like an old resort that has not been properly cared for. The the room views are misleading. Not all rooms get an ocean view. About half of the rooms face another building, while the other half may have a pool and partial ocean view. The……

“The views were 5 star. The room was not. Everything that was metal was rusted. The lamp shades bent. The kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape and the stove was in need of repair and a deep cleaning. Everything smelled gross.”

“The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of……

“Clean room staff ”

“My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious with 3 queen beds and included everything we needed, including a full-size fridge, stove, pots, and pans. The pools, lazy river, indoor pool, and hot tub were all nice and clean daily. Check-in was easy, parking was free, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!”

“The room was overall clean and loved the view even though it was not all the way oceanfront. The unit was a side unit but had a beautiful side view of the ocean and the pools. Loved the hot tub and the spacious unit. Had a kitchen stocked for cooking needs. Would love to stay again and plan on staying again.”
