"Another awesome stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Hotel was under renovations - changes are absolutely beautiful & not at all disruptive to our stay. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Lobby area is huge and inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Value is second to none - highly recommend this hotel."

"I accidentally booked at the wrong comfort inn. I would have stayed there however they didn’t have airport shuttle so we went to the comfort inn I should have booked. I am just disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my refund since I did stay at another comfort inn. "

"Didnt pay for the breakfast but there were so many things wrong with this hotel, I definitely will not be back. The staff were all very friendly, but also not very good at their jobs it seemed. The condition of the property is run-down. Nothing seemed to really work the way it was supposed to. The tv remote barely worked, weather was warm for our visit so we wanted to turn the AC on in our room but I guess the AC actually only turns the heat on? We kept trying to turn the ac down and the heat just kept blasting from our vents - our room was at a steady 80 degrees the whole stay - it was terrible. The next morning I headed down to the pool/hot tub around 7:05 .. (pool opens at 7) whoever was in charge of "cleaning up" had the door locked and told me to wait.. so i waited - he let me inside but i had to sit at a table & wait for him to finish up whatever he was doing with the hot tub. Once he left and said it was all ready i noticed the hot tub was absolutely filthy. A thick film floated on top of the green water. The pool was green and murky. There was trash here and there and zero towels. The whole stay was just not worth what I paid at all. "
