“Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience.

“The Masseria itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful surroundings, lovely architecture, and a charming ambiance that really captures the spirit of Puglia. “This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento
The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day
The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!!
The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us
