"Best ever breakfast. However, elevator carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl (musty from pool water). Housekeeping left us no toilet paper, Kleenex, nor wash clothes, but obtained from desk."

"I came in after 10:00 p.m. and there was no parking. There was a lot of people hanging around. The property went into the room and they was playing loud. Music didn't get much sleep and at 4:00 they turned the music off but then they started smoking weed in the rooms, dogs barking so my stay was not so great"

"The property is outdated. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up. There were no wires for it. The bathroom was tiny and the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. The walls are thin. I was awakened from my sleep by the voices in the next door room. THE WORST PART of the stay was, our room was on the second floor but the hotel doesn't have elevators. So we struggled to carry all of our luggage up and down flights of stairs. I booked this hotel because of the rating and reviews but I'm wondering if those are either paid reviews or reviews from bots. Either way, I would not suggest staying there. "

"I’m disabled & my husband went in to check us in with our reservation info, the credit card on file & my id. They wouldn’t accept that & said I had to come in even given the situation. He came out, parked & got out my walker. When I went in there were 2 fairly young people working the desk. Definitely not representative of what I expected from a Hilton affiliate. Both were unkempt & both had on fake long haired wigs. They asked about my service animal & then declared she wasn’t considered one - so much for legally not pressing me about all my disabilities. They told Md it would be another $75. I sat in the lobby, called the Hampton Zion next door. They had accommodations for all of us. We drove next door & my husband went in & everything was fine while I waited in the car. I’d rather lose the $100+ money to t try hat booking then stay there. I just had Marriott call offering intro into your plan. Told them we weren’t interest based on that encounter. "

"There was only one TV in the suite room at the bed area. Another TV should've been in the living room area where the sofa couch is there was none stole by the front desk that after a renewal of the motel that only one TV was added to the room not of a bummer you have a couch sit on, but no TV to watch "

"My experience wasn’t good at all. The sheets on the bed were disgusting. The furniture was also dated and dirty. The room had a smell. I wasn’t in the room 20 minutes before I decided this hotel was not for me. I checked out and went to another location."
