This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. 施設自体は素晴らしかったです。しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑なものでした。（時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・）もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を指導してください。施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の応対は素晴らしかったです。
