Great stay near the sea

Location is great, apartment is in the picturesque place and has everything you need. We've seen ants in the bathroom, then bought raid ant poisoning, but after 5 days they came back. So maybe it's a common issue for such places, but it was annoying. Balcony has no main curtain, so we barely use it during the day as it was very hot in there. And one more thing, we'd like to have key to the gate near the swimming pool.
