Welcome to this lovely apartment with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea, on the top floor of the house in the urbanización Las Colinas in El Faro. 

Our apartment was recently completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen with a Spanish / Moroccan touch.



The living room has new, fresh furniture. Media bench with 50-inch Smart LED TV, Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker, as well as fibre internet. The apartment has fiber 600 Mbps.



The Space:

This charming apartment boasts a 12-square-meter south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Mijas Costa coastline and the Mediterranean Sea. On clear evenings, you might even catch a glimpse of the distant Rif Mountains.



The cozy bedroom, overlooking a peaceful courtyard, features a spacious wardrobe and a luxurious queen-size bed. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and a dining space for 4 guests.



Go for a stroll to Le Charcón Beach (18-minute walk), where you’ll find everything you need for a perfect day by the sea—delicious food, refreshing drinks, sun loungers, water sports, and massages.



The exclusive swimming pool area, located just below the apartment, includes a large pool, a children's pool, free sun loungers, and showers—accessible only to select residences with a private key.



Within walking distance, you'll find a minimarket, restaurants, and a taxi stand. Parking is hassle-free, with free street parking available just below the apartment.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to get you started, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Only 35 35-minute drive from Malaga Airport. 10 minutes by car to central Fuengirola.

The popular town of La Cala is a 5-minute drive west towards Marbella. Here, the Andalusian charm still lives on from the time when La Cala was a small fishing village. Small cozy restaurants, shops, and a nice beach strip to take walks on. If you want a trip to Marbella, it is only 23 km away.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
