This corner house features 90 m² of interior space with high-quality finishes and modern construction materials, along with 120 m² of perfectly equipped and furnished terraces—complete with a solar shower, awning, two hammocks, and a Jacuzzi for four people—to enjoy with family or friends during the summer months or even in winter. The house is furnished with high-quality, designer pieces. It features a fully glass-enclosed 25m2 living room with sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, a very large and comfortable sofa that converts into a 150-centimeter bed, a Smart TV with more than 200 channels—many of them international. Separated by a hallway, you’ll find two double bedrooms with large beds and comfortable mattresses, one of which features a Smart TV, as well as large built-in closets where you can store plenty of items; which also feature tall glass windows offering stunning views of the sea; a large en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a window; as well as another large bathroom with a tub and a window for proper ventilation.
