“Room was great and as promised. Does not have central air but has a wall unit and plenty of fans - was not an issue. Bed was comfortable. Unit is five-ish minutes outside of College Station, going to Snook. No more than ten minutes from A&M campus. Multiple gas stations and a good BBQ restaurant within 1-2 mins.”

“The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“I stayed two nights due to a wedding on site. The room was exactly as advertised - clean, cozy, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was crisp. I wish there were some basic toiletries available for the shower like shampoo and body wash, but there was a store just down the road so it wasn't a major issue.”

“We loved it! Quiet & so pretty. We stayed 2 nights with no issues. The ice box(fridge) is bigger than the regular mini fridges. Wedding venue on property that looks very nice. We stayed there to go to A&M football game 30 miles away. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Stay was amazingly peaceful. Enjoyed the property and ability to stay close to Austin but not in Austin. Cooked steaks on the grill and the house had everything we needed to have a great meal with friends.”

“The house was really nice however it did not have toilet paper or paper towels. It was not 100% clean which surprised me being that they charge a significant amount for the cleaning fee. They also have someone living in the back of the house which I wish I would have known but he didn’t bother us at all. It was easy to find and comfortable and they did allow a late check out which helped us out being that we were there for my mother who had a major surgery at BSW Hospital. I would definitely……
