The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs and breakfast island. Sitting room with sofa and TV.

Bedroom with double bed, modern bathroom with large shower and washing machine.

In the apartment you will find air conditioning, wifi and access via smart lock.

-To use the lock, make sure you have a working smartphone and active internet access.

-Once the booking is confirmed you will receive an email with simple instructions to follow to register all guests. This process is very important and required by law. You can find all the information on lodgedweb.poliziadistato

-You will receive an email from Vikey, the system that manages the electronic lock, and you will need to register guests via Vikey.

-Once registration is complete, you will receive the codes and instructions to enter the house via Airbnb chat or via e-mail from Vikey. They will be active from 3pm and you can check-in until 10pm.

You will be asked to pay the city tax (4,5€ per person per night).
