We recieved a document from the water works regarding the water leak - see attached. I don\'t know if some action or a call to them would be necessary, because they also see, that the consumption was very high even after we told them that the problem was solved. We both know that the problem was only solved partially and the water had been leaking until the 28th, practically until the water meter was changed. Do you think that this should be reported to them?
I would also like to ask if any action had already been taken towards a final solution of the water problem, because the water tank is not very reliable and we agreed with the plumber that bypassing the tank and connecting the pipes directly underground would be more safe.
If there was no action yet, the water meter needs to be checked regularly and the water needs to be turned off on the street and not only at the house because the water tank is not reliable. We did this when we left the house but if someone from the staff turned it on again, it needs to be checked and turned off. Can you confirm that the staff is doing this?
We are also looking forward to some news regarding the preparation the pool for the winter season to avoid further unnecessary costs (circulation, etc.) - we wrote about the necessary to do\'s on the 1st of November and also on the 3rd of November.
I am sure that you are maintaining the house with much care and attention but to know what is happening would be reassuring for us.
I would also like you to know, that a returning guest contacted us and he would like to rent the house for the next summer, between the 12th and 26th of July. Please block these period (and also the period of our stay between the 21th of June and 12th of July, as agreed before.)
