I honestly expected nothing from this hotel, but it managed to wow me for how close it is (15-20min walk) to the main attractions, and for how my room was. The area around it is super nice, the staff is super friendly! My only "bad" experience is when I walked bare foot in my room, I can feel the room not being the most clean, but it's a minor thing for me

エレベーター無しが問題なければお勧めのホテル

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った時も快く預かってくれたり、朝食時間も融通を利かせてくれたりサービスは気持ちのいいものでした。 エレベーターがないことが不便ですが、この価格だから仕方ないですね。

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Nice location with easy access to a tram station and the city centre. Although the room was a bit small, the staff was nice and supportive. Breakfast especially coffee was good.

The Hotel was good. Good variety för breakfast. The room was clean n good. Nice n helpful staff. Just on the first floor i so noisy. Otherwise all in all is a good Hotel.

Nos sentimos bem acolhidos

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário, pelos recepcionistas e pela senhora da limpeza, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Chegamos na hora do almoço e mesmo assim nos ofereceram café da manhã, no check out saimos na madrugada e o recepcionista nos perguntou se não queríamos levar algo para comer, ja que ainda não era hora de servir o café da manhã.

Buena localización. Tiene lo justo para descansar mientras haces turismo. El Buffet no es gran cosa, pero en general el hotel está bastante bien. Lo recomiendo si vas con tu pareja de turismo, ya que a 20 min te plantas en el centro.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption war, es wurde oft direkt vor unserem Zimmer laut Diskutiert...... mühsam, da die Zimmertüre sehr dünn war glaubte mann oft die Leute wären bei uns im Zimmer....

A big minus was the severe lack of English skills among the staff. Only one of them spoke any english. Another weakness of the hotel was noise. The staff (especially the cleaning lady) was talking so loudly on the reseption that it disturbed us in our room and overall there was very little peace and quiet. The room was dark and there was dust and dirt. A plus in this hotel was the good location and the kindness of the most of the staff.

Noisy and not a good location for sightseeing

The hotel was clean and service was decent. But location isnt good. Too far from main Milan attractions and the train station. More of a residential or professional area. The hotel has very thin walls. Very very very noisy. You can hear everything from outside and everything your neighbor does or say. If you have quiet or no neighbors and the locals are quiet then you'll be fine. But locals were noisy some nights and our neighbors talked a lot.

Met my needs perfectly

Small room but functional, tiny bathroom but spotlessly clean. Perfect location, friendly, helpful staff. Disappointing breakfast for my low carb lifestyle - great coffee! Good wi-fi on the top floor. I was excited about having a bar fridge but it was not cold enough to hold perishables.

Buen alojamiento. Muy buen ubicado

Muy buena ubicación, próximo al centro, para ir andando fácilmente al centro. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario, sin lujos, pero muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Recomendable.
