Extensive black mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. I kept the bathroom door shut the entire time to not breathe the spores. I had to go buy toilet paper, soaps and wash cloths upon arrival as there either were none or was not enough. Loud screaming neighbors every evening in the neighboring apartment. The heat worked very well & the remainder of the apartment was very clean and confortable. The bed was very comfortable also.

①冷蔵庫の内側にある冷凍庫の扉が壊れていて、開きっぱなしになるので、冷蔵庫の食品まで凍ってしまいます。②シャワーブースにはカーテンがないので、トイレの前まで水が飛び散ってしまいます。③トイレットペーパーは一個しかないので、長期宿泊者はトイレットペーパーやティッシュを用意すべきです。

Séjour décevant. Le code fournit pour accéder au logement ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures d'ouverture du service client pour pouvoir contacter quelqu'un par téléphone. Nous avons trouvé un rouleau de papier toilette vide par terre dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes ne tient pas....le moteur de la climatisation dans la salle de bain goutte et comme il est juste au dessus du lavabo...Parlons justement de la climatisation qui a fonctionné uniquement le premier jour en faisant un bruit de tondeuse donc la nuit on oubli puis en panne, en plein mois d'août à plus de 30 degrés !!!! Concernant la situation très bien, proche métro et restaurants, une très bonne boulangerie à proximité.

If you’re reading this, there’s still time. Don’t be fooled by the nice location and misleading photos. I wouldn’t even know how the inside of the hotel looked because we were locked out of our room. Check-in is something I have never seen before as there is not a physical person, and you have to go on a scavenger hunt just to find the key. To enter the building, you have to scan a QR code. However, to access that QR code, you have to fill out a bunch of information, and they ask for your passports and a tourist tax. We were locked out of the hotel for 3 hours. Within 30 minutes of being locked out, we emailed the hotel. They were no help and sent us to a different location after 3 hours. We finally got into a room. We then finally decided to contact Expedia. They then put us in another room which was bug infested and had a water heater that was so loud and never let us sleep. In the shower there were bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bed, everywhere! and water couldn’t stay hot. Italian way apartments/hotels offered no compensation for these issues.

Der Unterkunft befindet sich 5 Minuten von U-Bahn. Gerade neben der Unterkunft sind sehr gute Restaurants und Bars , wo kann man Frühstücken oder Mittagessen und nicht teuer. Das einzige was war nicht gut,dass die Eingangstür musste man mit dem QR Code aufmachen und bei unserem Gebäude hat QR Code nicht funktioniert. Jedes mal wenn wir mustern reinkommen haben wir zu diese Firma angerufen oder klopfen.

I left not even 30 minutes after entering the apartment because it looked nothing like the pictures and smelled so strongly of cigarettes that it gave me a migraine. Also in a sketchy area. Do not stay here.

In Expedia says that have air conditioning, only one room has it, everything else is a sauna, in Milan now is 31 C, inside that room was around 37 C! We contact the property and not response at all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great location, Horrific check-in process

It was one of the worst check-ins I ever had. First, you had to go online on a different website for check-in. There you have to sign a contract with so many pages that starts to freak you out. You also have to pay the visitor tax on this website (you have no idea if it’s a safe one) and upload a pic of yourself and whoever is traveling with holding the passport (I don’t know what they do with that photo cause the GDPR thing didn’t mention). The communication via chat is terrible, I texted 3x but only got one reply. 2h before my check-in I have not received the code to enter in the apt. I had to call them to ask for the check-in info (costumer service hub; international call) and they said they normally send it at the exact time of the check-in (3pm), but they would send me at that time because it was ready. There are so many instructions for so many things that you get lost and insecure. When we arrived, a resident had to help us get in because there’s no indication to where to use the qr code (a small white box with no signs or anything). The apartment is in great condition, is really complete and clean and the neighborhood is nice, but really loud in the evening because it is a bohemian region with loads of bars. The location is really good, with many options to eat and transportation in a walking distance. But unfortunately, because of the check-in process and contract we had to sign, we didn’t feel comfortable and afraid they might charge us for something we didn’t do.
