Big, fantastic apartment (dimensions: 110sqm), recently refurnished, marble bathroom.
A sunny living-room with lcd tv, leather sofa-bed (memory foam mattress queen size), a dining table for 6, and our brand new handmade Murano glass Giogali light.
A double bedroom with a brand new king size bed, memory foam mattress, and a wonderful terrace.
A second big double bedroom with two big single beds.
A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, toaster, juicer, stoves, plates ... everything you need to cook a great italian meal!
We provide our guests a wi-fi line (it works in every room), and hair-dryer, iron with the iron-board, towels, and bed linens.
Our building is elegant and safe, we also have a doorman 6 days / week. We are connected directly to Duomo with 10 minutes tram, and to CASTELLO, TRIENNALE, BRERA with 20 minutes tram (super easy, and error-proof). We are 5 min walk from MICO (the biggest congress center in Europe); we’re 5 min walk from Arco dell Pace, and 15 min walk from Castello Sforzesco.
If you like the movida, we’re 5 min walk from Corso Sempione (do you like APERITIVO ???).
We love our neighborhood, it's safe and quiet but also close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the classic Italian "aperitivo" clubs.
We have a supermarket open 7 days / week, a lot of shops (bakery, pastry, bars, a grocery, a typical Neapolitan pizzeria, some great restaurants, a laundry, an hair-dresser, a pharmacy, a car-rental, a bank, and two gym)… It's super easy to live here !!!
Our best place for an aperitif is the lounge bar MILAN in Via Procaccini 37, but are also great the DESEO, the KITCH, the ROIALTO and GATTOPARDO in Via Piero della Francesca.
Downstairs the ROSTICCERIA ALBERTI does the classic Italian comfort food, lasagna, cannelloni, ravioli, and much more…
At the restaurant GERLA TOSCANA, via Giovanni da Procida, you can eat a cheap, but delicious Tuscan food, not to mention the Sciuscià, a classic naples pizza, try the "pizza fritta", it's addictive!
We’re in front of the City Life area (have a look at the most wonderful project for Milano 2015, the project is by archistar Arata Isozaki, Daniel Libeskind and Zaha Hadid).
In Piazza 6 Febbraio there is also tram 27 that goes directly to DUOMO in 10 minutes.
In Piazza 6 febbraio there is also tram number 19 that goes directly to CASTELLO, TRIENNALE, BRERA.
From Piazza 6 February there is also the bus number 37 that goes directly to Central Station.
Outside the building turn left (we provide a map with all the infos) 5 min walk from home there is the Metro M5 Domodossola (the brand new purple one), and the Domodossola train station for a train travel to COMO lake.
If you arrive from Malpensa airport you can take the Malpensa Express that arrives in Cadorna station, 2 min walk from tram number 27, and home!
From the Linate airport you can take the bus number 73 to LARGO AUGUSTO stop, then the tram 27 to home.
We always provide all the information to our guests to customize their way to our apartment.
