Booked this B&B by mistake. Actually wanted the B&B in central Milan. It was a terrible experience. The hotel was very dirty. The carpet in the hallway had stains throughout. The walls were also dirty. No lifts to the The standard room. The staff doesn’t help with the luggage even when we asked. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. When we finanh checked in the staff warned that The standard room had an outdoor garage attached. Staff said “if the door leading to the outdoor garage isn’t locked we can come and lock it for you” the door wasn’t locked and the room just felt unsafe. I asked my three rooms to be moved to a room without a garage. These rooms happened to be on the opposite side of the hotel with access to a lift, staff still didn’t help with luggage. A Taxi to central Milan will cost between €60-€100. Decided to move to a different hotel in central Milan.

2 gece kaldık dışarısı 4 dereceydi ama klimalar çalışmıyordu resepsiyona gidip durumu bildirdim bilgisayardan resetleyip düzelttiklerini söylediler ama yine çalışmadı. Ertesi gün tekrar ilettim ama yine çözülmedi iki gece donduk. Onun fışında temiz ve iyiydi.

Hotel a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Orio al Serio. Siamo arrivati in tarda notte ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato veramente gentile. Stessa cosa per il personale della mattina. La colazione è molto buona e con una ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Corner Senza glutine. Letti comodi e camere perfettamente riscaldate. Forse troppo. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Lo consiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a fine maggio, due adulti ed un bambino. La prima sera la camera era caldissima, abbiamo chiesto di poter accendere l’aria condizionata e ci hanno risposto che non era possibile. Il bambino si è addormentato a mezzanotte, alle 6 era sveglio, stante l’aria irrespirabile. La mattina dopo, da altro dipendente presente in reception, ci è stato detto che non era corretto quanto riferito la sera prima e che avrebbero attivato la deumidificazione e che la sera avremmo trovato la camera fresca. Tornati alla sera, in camera parevano esserci 30 gradi. Tornati per l’ennesima volta in reception (in camera non era nemmeno presente telefono per chiamare la reception), un terzo collega ci risponde che quanto dettoci al mattino non aveva fondamento, non essendo possibile attivare nè deumidificatore nè condizionatore. Ci è stato portato un ventilatore in camera con cui abbiamo dormito le due notti successive, modalità chiaramente non gradevole e non consona ad un 4 stelle e a quanto pagato. Per tutti i 4 giorni di permanenza il frigo non ha funzionato. Segnalato 3 volte e cambiato 3 volte con altri frigoriferi di altre camere, anziché raffreddare riscaldava. Al check out, per scusarsi, l’ultimo giorno ci è stata offerta la colazione. Un’esperienza davvero non piacevole, nel complesso.
