Bright One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace in the Heart of Milan, located just a few steps from the Duomo and the courthouse. This modern apartment features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, a double sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.



The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi internet. The bright living area is illuminated by two French doors that open onto the small terrace and is furnished with a convertible sofa bed, a TV corner, and a round table with four chairs.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom features a washing machine, sanitary facilities, and a shower cabin.



The bedroom is furnished with a large four-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The small terrace overlooks the inner courtyard, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment.



The apartment can be reached by bus, metro, train, or tram. It is located within Area C, the paid limited traffic zone (ZTL), meaning that an entrance fee must be paid for vehicles on weekdays. Parking is available in the blue-striped spaces for a fee, while the yellow-striped spaces are reserved for residents.



Piazza Duomo is just 1 km away (a 13-minute walk), while Piazza San Babila—where the main shopping streets, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Montenapoleone, and the Fashion District (Quadrilatero della Moda) begin—is only 900 meters away, about a 10-minute walk. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will also find Corso XXII Marzo, another vibrant street full of shops, restaurants, and pizzerias.



The nearest metro station is San Babila, 800 meters away, served by the MM1 (red line) and MM4 (blue line), offering a direct connection to Linate Airport. The Duomo metro station, serving the MM1 and MM3 lines (with direct connections to the city's main train stations: Centrale and Cadorna), is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. There are also several bus and tram lines nearby: bus 84, 94, and trams 12, 19, and 24.

It's not fancy but fine for us. It could use a little TLC/paint/fix dents in walls. Kitchen has all you need.The dryer function on Washer/dryer machine did not work and we had to dry our clothes outside. Good thing it was sunny and there is a small lanai. Good location with sites, shopping and restaurants all walkable from the unit.
