Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden um vernünftig kochen zu können. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großzügige Sauna im Nebengebäude. Der dazugehörende Sitzplatz ist uneinsehbar und windgeschützt. "Pros: Es war sehr spannend am Morgen aufzuwachen und die Schafe auf dem Deich bei ihren Spaziergängen zu beobachten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Küche und ihre Ausstattung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Cons: Das Wohnzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das fand ich ein wenig umständlich, denn Küche und Schlafzimmer waren unten. Oben war aber auch noch ein Schlafzimmer. Für Familien sicher ideal, als Paar eben mit Wegen verbunden."

"Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit aufzubieten. Auch für unseren Hund war diese Unterkunft perfekt, da auch der Garten eingezäunt war.Wir hatten einen wirklich ruhigen Urlaub in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht und kommen gerne wieder."

"Historical building which is extremely well maintained and contemporary inside. Really good check with essential information only required. Single room was fine with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel has a restaurant in a lovely open dining room. The menu is not too long but with plenty of choice, offers good value and presentation of the food was of a really high standard. The service was excellent with really enthusiastic well trained staff. Breakfast was exceptional with huge choice. Few hotels have made me feel quite as welcomed and valued. It transpires the hotel is owned by a charitable group that give young adult with special educational needs their first job. Clearly a great deal of effort goes into to training the staff to overcome the difficulties they have. Great experience loved everything about it."

"Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 neue Bäder! Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Haus ist super, die Aufteilung der Räume hat uns begeistert, genau wie der Garten mit der großen Rasenfläche und die Süd-Terrasse. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih, alles gleich um die Ecke. Klasse Café, Restaurant und Hofläden sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die sehr nette Betreuung durch Conny war toll! Wir waren das erste Mal auf Nordstrand zum "Insel-Hopping" und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal, wir kommen gerne wieder!"
