“Yes the room was spotless, as always (the Mrs. and I have been here many times. The staff was not only courteous, as always, they transcended "courteous"; friendly and caring would be better words. Only complaint? My wife likes their pool, but the pool was closed (mind you, it was December 20 to 21 and the temperature was below freezing. I think we can get over the closed pool!). As always, top marks!”
