Book your next vacation in small town USA! We know you'll love everything about this 1940's home that's been renovated to give you a great vacation. Cozy up with a cup of coffee inside, or on the large outdoor patio, poolside.
There's a great coffee shop within walking distance, but if you prefer to stay in, our kitchen is well stocked and perfect for making your own meals during your vacation. A sliding door allows access to pool area from the kitchen. Coffee maker is provided that does a full pot or individual servings.
Bedroom 1 is a bright, sunny room with a king size bed complete with Lucid mattress that has great reviews online as well as from my previous guests! Full sized closet and dresser make this room seem like home.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, again with a Lucid mattress. This room also has a bunk bed with pull out trundle and nice sized closet.
Living room is furnished with leather Poly & Bark sofas and two occasional chairs. Plenty of blankets to cozy up with while you chat with friends and family or watch a movie together. The living room TV is a 55" Roku.
Outside there is even MORE to capture your attention. The large 18'x36' heated pool is equipped with a diving board AND slide. Pool is 8 1/2' deep.

Opened April 15
April 15- May 15 heated to 88°
May 15 -June 15 heated to 82°
June 15-Aug 15 no heat
Aug 15- Sept 15 heated to 82°
Sept 15-Oct 15 heated to 88°
*dates and temps are approximate, but we will stay as close to this schedule as possible.
You will have hours of fun spending time together in this beautiful space. A charcoal grill is provided, please bring your own charcoal.
Large hot tub is located near the pool and seats 7 comfortably. Hot tub will be available Aug-May.
The game room is adjacent to the pool and has games such as ping pong, air hockey and foosball. The game room also boasts a 60" Roku TV and lounge area for hanging out with your buddies.
The back yard is large and slopes down to the beautiful Turkey Creek. Spend time watch the creek flow and the nature that surrounds it.
There is plenty of room for parking in front of the garage. Even if you bring a boat for boating on nearby lakes, there's room for that!
Hot tub is closed during the hottest months of the year.
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No extra guests without written permission.
**There are three outdoor security cameras actively recording video and audio-located outside the front and back doors and near game room door. These are just for home safety purposes because we don't live on site.

We stay at VRBO rentals a lot but this has to be one of the top 2 most clean rentals we stay at! Melody was super responsive and check in/out very easy. Super nice cottage for a family of 4 or 5 as the kids would love the game room and outside area. We spent every evening in the hot tub either watching TV or just enjoying the evening. Super easy location to explore all over Amish country and we took in a Notre Dame football game while there. Will definitely return!

What an amazing house!

My family and friends rented this house for my birthday and it gave us a great experience. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The owner was super sweet and really easy to contact with any questions I had. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you could think of. If you’re thinking about renting a house for a weekend getaway I 100% recommend this one. It had a reasonable price considering everything you get. I would definitely come back!

Just a couple days

We were visiting relatives near Cincinnati over Labor Day and wanted to add a couple of days more on our way back to Chicago. We spent a splendid day relaxing by the pool. The couch sitting area offered shade protection while the lounge chairs offered the warmth of the sun. The hot tub was fantastic. The house itself is very welcoming and decorated in style. The leather couches in the living are incredibly comfy! My husband and I each claimed one and got cozy under the throw blankets provided. All in all a great time was had even though it was short. We plan to come back next year and add a few days to the stay. Thanks Melody!!!

Fantastic Getaway Property

This property has everything you could need for a great getaway! The owner is very responsive and does everything they can to make sure you have a great visit. This was our second time staying at this property, and the additions, such as the basketball hoops and massage chair, were a big hit. The pool was clean, and plenty of pool accessories were provided, so we didn't have to bring anything! We will definitely continue to book this property when visiting family!

Best hot tub ever!!! Very nice relaxing weekend. We couldn’t figure out the Roku, it kept saying no connection? We always take our Apple TV as backup so no issue for us. Couldn’t hear the tv outside due to the hot tub jets but the stars were amazing! Game room EXCELLENT! Very comfortable and home feel. The bidet was interesting but the heated seat has me sold! Will be back!

A Perfect Spot for Families

Our family stayed for 3 nights while we were recording at a studio in Goshen and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space. The game room was also a huge hit for a family movie night and activities. Quite, clean, and well stocked with linens, and other essentials! The backyard is very nice too with a firepit and beautiful stream. This property will not disappoint!

Peaceful getaway and fun family time!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next summer! Super clean and stylishly decorated - very comfortable. Host was very helpful and communicative. Our family of 5 so enjoyed our time unplugging for the week and hanging out together. The game room was fun. BUT THE POOL… wow! We basically lived in the pool and pretty patio area the whole time. We easily made meals there throughout our stay. Great family vacay spot for a great value! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay

This property was amazing for our family of 5. They really made the pool area a relaxing oasis with the roofed pergola that had loungers to lay out on and lots of seating for visiting. Our teens had so much fun in the game room too. Inside was decorated very nice and super clean. It had evening we needed to spend a week there. We would definitely come to visit here again!
