「We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. 「The home is very beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor areas. Well appointed kitchen. Our children loved the big bath tub, hot tub, and beach. My only complaint is the owner showing up unannounced three times to work on the outside of the property (clean hot tub, water plants, etc.) over our 9-day stay. Otherwise communication with the host was great - she even went out of her way to accommodate a request.」
