We stayed in the RV which had all the comforts of home-cozy chairs, a roomy dining area, and comfortable beds. 「Just when you think you’ve gone far enough away from civilization, you go a little farther to find this cabin. It was so quiet and away from everything you could hear nature and relax. Very little Wi-Fi reception so we were happy we brought good books. Cozied up to the fire at night, and when we were ready, town was just a peaceful drive. We found a couple of places to eat near by that were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a good break from electronics and busy life. 」

「We had a great Girls’ weekend! It was nice being so close to the rail trail. We did some biking and checked out the Hotel Manor, Slate Run General Store, swam in the creek and went to see a band at The Mountain Top. Perfect weekend, perfect stay and much needed time with perfect friends!! 」

「Nice 2 bedroom with a loft for the kids. New condition. Super clean and quiet. We received a bunch of rain on the first day of our planned camping trip. This was a perfect place to stay for a night on a moment’s notice before heading into the Bald Eagle State Forest. 」

「We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. 」
