Room was spotless, the staff was very courteous. The room temperature was good and the thermostat worked correctly. The ice machine on our floor was not working. The internet was down when we arrived but stating working an hour later.

The house and location were great. The yard was a little high. Also, we received a message about a sliding door that was accidentally left cracked that made it feel as if the doors were being monitored. A simple,”can you please check to see if the door is shut”, would have been sufficient. Otherwise, ...
