“The convenience of on site parking was really helpful while I explored the area.”

“What a great find! We came to town for a concert event the weekend of August 22, 2026.. It was late when we arrived and our hosts met us even though they had given us everything we needed to get settled. We appreciated the extra care. Our apartment above the garage was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The best thing was that it was located in a beautiful neighborhood that was within minutes of shopping, event venues, attractions, grocery stores, and one of the nicest dog parks we've ever been to.……

“The CCTV outside contributed to a safe atmosphere while I stayed there.”

“Nowhere near a winery. There is fabulous speakeasy in the basement of the warehouse where the room was, however. Perhaps that is what they meant. It is downtown where a rejuvenation of all the buildings is happening. Good restaurants nearby. ”

“WiFi connection was solid throughout our visit, so we didn't have any interruptions while working remotely during our stay.”

“Short drive to anything you want in Texarkana. ”

“Absolutely adorable place! Will definitely be staying again.”

“Nice one bedroom apartment..overall quiet neighborhood. Very accommodating host. Will utilize again.”

“So easy to unwind by the pool after meetings each day, great way to decompress before heading back home!”

“Had no trouble getting in and out of my car due to ample parking spaces available every day I stayed here.”

“Very nice upscale apartment. Awesome album selction to play thru the bluetooth. Owner was very responsive to minor issues. There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. Will def stay again!”

“Perfect getaway experience! Host is amazing! Will definitely use again!”

“Good clean place newly renovated on the inside.”

“Loved it! It was so cute. Had a great time and would stay there again.”
