Beautiful lakefront cottage, Ambajejus Lake

  • Lakeview is a little cottage that is about 15 minutes to the north of Millinocket Maine and just south of Baxter state park. It is out on the end of a peninsula. It is just steps from the water with beautiful panoramic views of the lake from inside and outside the cabin. From the dock you there is a scenic view of the majestic Mt. Katahdin.

All new handmade Amish furniture and beautiful decor will make your stay at Ambajejus Lake a special memory.

There is a workspace area with a desk and high speed Starlink WIFI (100Mbps).

Water is drawn from the lake so guests have to bring their own drinking water.

I have to say this is the first time I have to give a not so great review. The cottage was not quite what we expected from the photos. The place had not been cleaned(stuff happens). The girl that cleans came while we were there which was ok,but not convenient. She did a nice job but the outside of the property was really let go.Junk laying around under the camp, old chairs, old junk. This place e was not cleaned up on the outside.Mildewed deck and railings, cobwebs around windows and doors. For the price we paid,it was not what was expected.
