  • Quiet apt located near MT Katahdin. A scenic drive from Katahdin Avenue to one of Maine’s most beautiful parks! So much to do! Swimming in the summer, leaf peeping in the fall, Hunting, snowmobiling in the winter which you can get right on the trails here, fishing in the winter, spring, summer and fall!

This property is very well maintained, close to activities downtown, shopping, festivals, theater and restaurants yet just far enough to be extremely quiet and peaceful. The property owner is very nice, she provides all the necessary amenities for a great stay, accommodating and responsive.

Check in was easy, the apartment was lovely, clean and well decorated. We so appreciated the helpful brochures and coffee! It was a wonderful place to come back to after a hard day hiking and exploring.

Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for two nights while hiking Katahdin. The proximity to Baxter State Park is what drew us in, and the thoughtfulness of the host as well as the cleanliness of the place made for a wonderful stay. We’re hoping to return and stay here again next year.
