Wonderful gathering spaces and room to unwind

Our visit to 489 Salty Air was full of surprises. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. Each of the bedrooms had a bath attached for privacy. There were many things to do such as walk the beach and docks, swim in the pool, visit Paradiseeateries or play games on the large porch. The view overlooking the bay was wonderful. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks.

Great location

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Just OK

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

Very Happy With This Property

The house is very spacious and clean. Check-in process was very easy. Great location and in a very nice development. We would rent this home again.

Perfect weekend

Rental team was great!

When a snowstorm threatened our winter break getaway, the rental manager was wonderful in working with me to push our arrival and departure date. She answered my many questions and gave us great flexibility. Thank you for your help. We loved the large main kitchen and living area-definitely a need in a winter getaway. On a map, the location looks central to Rehoboth and Bethany, but in reality, we had to drive up to Rehoboth to drive down to Dewey or Bethany. It was a longer drive than we were looking for, but fine in the winter when we weren't going to the beach every day. The gift card for a dinner was a major plus.

Different kind of Christmas

We chose to come to the beach for something completely different for xmas. It was very quiet and relaxing and just what I needed. House very comfortable, roomy and pretty. View of the Bay was gorgeous. Golf cart not working was only snafu.

Great community and house

The house was larger than expected and in excellent condition, probably built in 2018. Ample parking for 4 cars, huge kitchen, huge common area, and four baths. Electric golf cart and BBQ in shed were very helpful. Location is quiet, but just 5 minute walk to restaurant, ice cream hut, small beach etc. Community pool was like new and well-staffed. Lots of walking paths, great place for bicycle rides, safe for kids. Neighborhood is not far from Rehobeth or Dewey beaches. We were four adults and four kids, and everyone loved it.

Wonderful house in our favorite community

My friends and I come to Pot-Nets Bayside a few times a year and this was our first time renting. This house is much bigger than the pictures can even show and it’s just beautiful. Every detail has been thought out. It was impeccably cleaned, super cute beach themed, and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back.

Much needed R&R

Everything about our vacation and especially our stay at Pot-Nets community was great. The home was perfect and in a great location. The virus made our vacation a little more low key than usual but the community have enough things for us to do, whether swimming at the pool, going to the beach, taking walks on the docks, going to the dog park, riding around in the golf cart or sitting reading a book, we were able to relax.

Winter sunsets!

Awesome property, perfect location, more room than one would ever expect. There were a few minor exceptions but easily overlooked. Bedrooms were more than adequate, however showers although beautiful could have better pressure and hotter water temp. The view was spectacular!
