House was great as always. Still a lot to do in the fall. The check in process was seamless and the house has everything you could need. The fire pit was especially nice in the evenings as the weather gets cooler at night. Nice vacation… we will definitely be coming back to the Peninsula!

House was beautiful, clean, well-appointed. We really enjoyed the porch & patio. The bikes were a great addition as we used them to explore the entire Peninsula property. Very relaxing, people are friendly, the views & wildlife are wonderful. Clay was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely gets our 5 star rating.

A beautiful home in a beautiful setting with many, many amenities. Walking trails, beautiful bay, bicycles, pool, and the list goes on. We could have stay on the property and been entertained the entire vacation. Clay was excellent to work with, too. Excellent experience.

Lovely Spring Break

We spent 5 days at Clay's property for my kids' Spring Break, and it was perfect! We had enough room to spread out in the house, plus we took advantage of so many amenities, including daily trips to the indoor pool, nature trail walks and biking in the community, and watching movies indoors on our one rainy day. And we were close enough to visit Assateage State Park to see the wild ponies, Rehoboth Beach to do outlet shopping, and Lewes Beach to visit the Cape Henlopen State Park Seaside Nature Center. We packed in a lot in 5 days!

Great Vacation Rental

What can I say…5’s across the board! This was a beautiful home that had all of the amenities and small touches that are usually overlooked. My family and I have stayed in several rentals up and down the east coast and this one is at the top of our list. The Peninsula is a beautiful gated community and the residents were all so warm and welcoming. The drive to the beach and outlets was about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Clay was a dream to work with. I will definitely book again when returning to the Delaware beach area. This rental property is a keeper!

Relaxing vacation with lots of things to do for an active family

I found the owner's communications to be very straightforward and easy to follow. The check-in process was very smooth. The house is beautiful and well stocked with all the items needed for a great vacation with 3 very active boys aged 10-13. The house was incredibly clean as well. We sat in the screened in porch every morning with our coffee. Our boys loved the upstairs loft area. We enjoyed all of the amenities in the community including, the pools, nature walk, fishing piers, gym, paddle boards/kayaks, and 4th of July programming. We spent time in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Lewes...all were convenient to the location. We look forward to returning for years to come and possibly investing in the community!

Great vacation spot with terrific amenities. A lot of care and thought have been put into making this a fun respite. We enjoyed the movie options (incredible collection!), the arcade games, and the bikes were awesome. Really enjoyed our time here!
