「Excellent staff. Very attentive. They allowed us to check in at 11 am even though we are only supposed to come in at 3 pm. On the day of check in, they offered breakfast which was a nice gesture.」

「Civitas Milos exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the private plunge pool was a perfect touch. The location is convenient for exploring, though not walkable, so an ATV or car is best. I would recommend utilizing the rental company suggested by Civitas, as we had a terrible experience with the Avis/Budget rental agency on the island. Staff were amazing , so accomodating, and provided so many great tips and suggestions. We stayed 3 nights, could have easily stayed a week here and felt right at home. Breakfast was excellent. 「Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio area with an amazing sea view. George and his brother provided excellent assistance whenever we needed anything. Hotel cats were friendly and adorable! We knew before booking, but do note that the hotel is in a rather remote part of the island and there is nothing you can easily walk to. Hotel itself has no facilities, but perfect if you're looking for some peace and quiet.」

Him and his wife always made sure we had everything we needed. They cleaned the room every 2 days. The air conditioning works very well and it was great to have a fridge in the room. John actually helped book our boat ride to kleftiko and get our ATV from the right people. They speak both Greek and English very well which is also...

The location was close to the ferry terminal, the room itself was nice and modern, the staff so responsive and helpful, the included breakfast buffet amazing! Giannis at the front desk allowed us to use the luggage and shower facilities well past our check-out time until our ferry was due late at night. Highly recommended!」
