Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!

This property looks deceiving when you first pull up as you can’t really see the rooms beyond the foliage but it was a great room! Very spacious and clean. Only downside is it’s on a dirt road so the patio is a bit dusty but the staff do a pretty good job of keeping it clean. The location is walkable to many beaches and great restaurants, and a short drive to the airport. There is a great little bakery across the street for coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. Maria at the front desk is amazing! Our ferry got delayed a day and she was so helpful and accommodating that it ended up being no big deal. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The property was perfect. The staff was amazing. The hospitality they showed was top tier. The property is centrally located. It's approximately a 4 minute walk to and from the ferry port and all of the nice restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone. Book this place and you wont regret it.

Positivt: Meget venligt personale, værelse ok indretning og fin plads, god beliggenhed Negativt: manglende opfyldning på vand, kun varmt vand i bruser, alt for varmt på værelse og aircon er af ældre dato = kølede ineffektivt og langsomt. Værelset trænger til istandsættelse, bl.a. var låge til vandinstallationer på badeværelset faldet ned, og en køkkenlåge hang skævt. Ikke ok til prisen. Vi havde morgenmad med i prisen uden ekstra beregning. Men efter at have smagt den, ville vi heller aldrig have betalt for den: Ikke lækre røræg, kogt æg var overtilberedt, cappuccino var fra en automat, vi fik forkert ost leveret to gange, og brødet var tørt.

The staff is wonderful and kind and so sweet. They were our favorite part of the hotel along with our beautiful breakfast basket. We had a late ferry and they had a shower room available for us as well which was helpful to wash off the hot beach day from Sarakiniko! Thank you Melegrana ladies!

The staff at Melagrana are great! They took out a map and suggested places we go to. There was good communication regarding getting breakfast orders in (which comes in a cute basket). We walked there from the ferry. Everything is close by. The room was a good size. Note: you can't put the toilet paper in the toilet here. They stored our luggage too. Would definitely stay again!
