When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. When I called to personally attempt a remedy, thee staff laughed. I sent an email and received no response. Book at your own risk if you are flying because if your flight is delayed, this property...

「The Abbey is a staple in the heart of Fontana. The location is what sells this resort. I’d like to add that the room is spacious and comfortable. But why does the bathroom do not have an exhaust? The A/C was at the lowest, but the humidity in the room was overwhelming. The Waterfront restaurant has awful service and more awful food selection and taste. I’d continue coming back but keeping the restaurant out of arms length.」
