“Nice apartment attached to home in quiet area but close to a grocery store, bar and restaurants. There are two other rentals so be sure you know which gate to go through. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed slopped to the middle. But everything else was perfect. There are even a washer and dryer to do a quick load if you have a need.”

“Good flow of air through our room, an important detail when staying somewhere new on the road! Very much appreciated it all around here!”

“Prior to arriving, communication was smooth. At check in, we were given a code to a lockbox with two hard-copy keys. We would have preferred to just have a coded entry instead of needing to remember keys every time, but it worked. The neighborhood was great, walkable to several good restaurants, and safe! We did a concern the morning after we arrived with the microwave not having any power. We reached out to the owner with no response the entire week. I also reached out asking for check-out……

“This space was clean and comfortable. However, it was a holiday weekend and we were not informed that there would be construction going on, on the deck just outside our space. It was loud. Had we known, we would have tried to be in a different space. The space itself was charming but we were tired and did not rest well, for the constant hammering and noise. Also, the tub is so pretty. Perhaps a shorter curtain in there for functionality. It was hard to shower with the curtain sitting in the……

“Was curious about cleanliness before booking, everything turned out tidy here so no worries there at all! Happy with how everything functioned while I stayed over three nights.”

“This property was AMAZING. Very clean and decorated super cute. Beds were super comfortable. Host had everything we would need for the week stocked to include toilet paper, paper towels and some snacks. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and it was great! We had great communication with host and everything was smooth. Would definitely stay again. The location was great and the community pool and lake were fantastic.”

“What a delightful and peaceful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here. The host’s attention to detail is amazing. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was so fun to see the mules out in the pasture each day and all of the greenery and flowers were all so vibrant and gorgeous. We would definitely return to this spot should our travels take us to the area north of Atlanta again. Thank you!”

“Everything was as pictured. These remodeled units are nicely decorated and waling distance to the square. The area is quiet and safe with plenty of parking. Wifi and AC worked well.”

“Amazing. Relaxing. Above and beyond any expectations I had. A retreat that I thought maybe only existed in dreams. They thought of everything. Truly, truly a gem and wonderful place. Adele was extremely kind and generous. Gave each of my children a little ride on one of her horses who can tell are so very loved. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for this experience!!!”

“Clean and cozy!”

“Wonderful host, stay and area, will be back!”

“Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The Red Magnolia was everything depicted in the advertisement of the property. Newly renovated, excellent accommodations, game room, clean, well appointed and all of the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen had all new state of the art appliances. Complimentary bottle of wine and beer were provided as well. The hosts were most responsive to all inquiries and provided excellent communications! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will plan to stay at The Red Magnolia again!”

“I arrived extremely late after dark because of traffic issues and it was so great to have a garage for unloading. Also after being cooped up in the car for 12 hours, having a completely fenced in yard for my 3 yo dog so she could run off some of her energy., was so helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Ok room”

“This unit was rather rundown with a musty odor. Photos don’t really capture this. It also was not very clean, with drawers that had debris as well as apparently belongings from previous customers. Hotel rack in the bathroom was broken as well as a sliding drawer in the kitchen The entry door needs to be redone as the frame was very loose and it felt unsecured. Description of the surroundings was accurate. It was very much in a secluded wooded area. It was also in close proximity to Lakepoint……

“We had a great time, will definitely visit again. Great host.”
