I've used this property for my stays about 5 seperate times. and loved the setup of the place. it was a perfect fit for me with the studio apartment. it was a short drive(20mins) to pretty much everything i would need. grocery, pharmacy, dining, leisure. it genuinely is a perfect location to experience the city. only thing that i didnt like was the experience with the staff/property wasnt as consistent as i wouldve liked. yes i absolutely still chose them despite having these issues. The cleanliness isn't as consistent as i would like especially with what the world is today. No one is perfect and people miss things but that i would say would be a negative for me if i had to choose one. they provide cleaning products and such and I've always went and santinized the apartment before using anything everytime anyway. so thats why its not particularly huge. but overall, great experience. would recommend 🙏

Nice stay
Really nice and convenient. Game room was awesome. I did a lot of lounging around and the couch wasn’t the greatest but the bed was super comfortable. Over all I really enjoyed and I will book again!

Great Place!
This was a great location to stay! The Kasa was very clean, location made it easy to get everywhere, communication regarding questions was very quick, and best of all the instructions to get into the Kasa were clear. Would definitely recommend.

A bit more expensive than some places, but you get your money’s worth. This is like living in a home, not a hotel. Very comfortable and quiet.

Great location. Close to Marquette campus and easy to get to my daughter's dorm. Was charged extra for a 3rd person in our room, but when our 3rd person didn't end up going on the trip, I reached out to Kasa, who told me they don't charge that fee, that Expedia added the extra charge. Parking in garage was great for extra security but parking is very small and very challenging to park my mid-size hatchback.Will stay again but will book thru Kasa next time.

The room was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space and amenities. We loved using the pool table downstairs and the parking lot was very convenient. We forgot our keyfob to get into the building and texted Kasa and they responded right away with a new code for us to get into the building even though it was after midnight which was SOOOO helpful! I would definitely recommend this place. The beds were a little firm for my liking but that's the only bad thing I could say about Kasa.

Great property and fantastic communication
Cannot say enough good things about how easy and clear the Kasa team made the check-in process. They sent messages, had screenshots of doors/elevators/code entry pads…took the guesswork out of navigating check-in, parking, and departure. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely patronize again!

I went to an event at Fiserv Forum with my grandchildren. The location couldn't have been better, just 3 blocks away and close to everything. The building has much to offer and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again!

Place was very nice, didn't have time for the game room and gym tjou. In a great location. Only thing is we ask for a little earlier check in but no one ever contected me. We had an early flight from Boston and it would of been nice to check in early and relax a bit. Other wise great place.

Best condo in downtown Milwaukee!!
Everything was great, especially the roof-top patio and the lounge space that we used for our daughter’s birthday. Great location and free parking lot. We will stay again when Bucks basketball season comes around again.

Horrible customer service
Great place to stay. Horrible customer service. I needed to change the name on a booking because our employee had an accident and was unable to travel. Just change name to a new guest who had stayed with Kasa in the past so they had already passed the verification processes. Kasa would not do so. So we lost a little under $2000. But they lost a lot of future business.

The apartment itself was very nice. The only real issues were the king bed didn’t have a mattress pad on it, and a very thin bottom sheet. The bed was a memory foam which I am not used to, but it was ok. The bathroom fan was obnoxiously noisy and was hard to turn off. The switch needs to be replaced. The biggest issue was the parking. There is underground parking, but we drove our Ford F-150 and it would not fit in the spot. You should say the parking is for compact cars only. We had to seek out other parking and pay for it. Otherwise, the location, amenities, etc., were great.

Very nice property, nice amenities, apartment was super well stocked with all kitchen cleaning stuff, trash bags, napkins, olive oil, salt, pepper, 3 different kinds of tea, coffe, sugar, Splenda, coffee creamer, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish washer soap, washer and drier soap and bounce towels! Shampoo, body wash and conditioner! All you could need! Really your home away from home You won’t regret it

The location was great All Furniture was Ikea quality - OK but nothing special MInor things like no ice trays , blinds so cheap not working, my first time with ROKU and really no ESPN, Golf Channel or CNN BUT overall the place was fine and we enjoyed it

It was okay overall. Had to switch rooms due to no lights in first room. AC is so strong and loud had to adjust tv up when it kicked on and it blasted me with cold air all night. The area rug was duct taped to the floor. Dead batteries in remote. The customer service team was great. Checkin and parking very easy. Nice game room and gym. Walking distance to deer district, $10.00 lyft to Brewers game.

The apartment was spacious & overall cute. However, The parking space was tiny & we couldn't get our big truck in it at first. Called to talk to them & they told me they couldn't do anything about that. My friend finally squeeze it in with about a half an inch inbetween the truck and the cement pole. The shower handle was broken & almost impossible to get to turn on. I found garbage underneath my bed when we arrived & a used wine glass.

Cost me MORE MONEY!!!
The property itself was accommodating and comfortable. However, although I had a parking permit, my vehicle was towed and I had to pay $400 for it's release and change my flight booking!!! This caused a very huge inconvenience. I did not return home until Midnight from this trip.

Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company.
