House Rules & Other Considerations – Respect the Vibe

While we want you to have fun, we ask guests to respect the home and neighbors.

FYI:

No large parties or events

One doorbell camera for safety (no other surveillance)

Street parking only (easy, but limited during busy weekends)

House sits in a lively area, weekends can be noisy on Brady St.

Pets welcome with an additional fee

You’ll be right in the mix, but still have your own slice of privacy to retreat to when the night winds down.

Additional Notes:

1. There is a second custom bar top in back yard and 4 more bar stools so up to 8 people can hand out there an have a place to sit at once.

2. There is a second, smaller home on the back of the property behind your backyard. This home is going through light interior renovations during the day, not noisy, and is currently vacant during the nights. This will soon be completed and listed with the main house and will add 2 bedrooms + 1 bath.

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire house except for the unfinished basement with a separate entrance. They also have access to the entire front fenced in back yard and front patio.
