Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, laid out nicely and had accommodations if needed. Parking was pretty easy and they did have a valet service. Overall it was very enjoyable for my stay. First time booking at a Tru and a hotel room in general but I'll definitely be going to Tru if I'm in the area again.

Booked and paid for a 2 bed room online through Expedia. When I got to the hotel I was told there are only 1 bed rooms left and that I’d have to re-book through them because Expedia is a third party. It was also $200 compared to Expedia’s $140. Then I had to go through the hassle of calling Expedia and getting a refund. When we get to the room the heat/AC unit was broken. Bad experience and would not stay here again
