Jolie maison très bien placée (5 mn de la plage et du centre) avec deux chambres dans une dépendance. Les chambres côtés rues plus bruyantes. Jardin agréable avec petit coin apéro. Ambiance vacances !

Maison agréable, bien située, parfaite pour une grande famille de 11 adultes, plage et commerces à proximitéPropriétaires réactifs à nos remarques, mais qui ne les ont pas appréciées puisqu'ils nous ont proposé de partir et de nous rembourser.Dommage que cette charmante maison ne soit pas assez entretenue (odeurs de moisissures, chaises cassées) Nous avons apprécié que les propriétaires nous permettent d'arriver plus tôt le matin, et de partir après l'heure de départ.

Séjour vacances Mimizan Plages

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de retrouvailles familiales. Maison bien bien restaurée bien équipée en vaisselle et cuisine et surtout au calme et proximité plages et centre village . Quelques finitions à envisager ( VMC dans WC, portes serviettes dans salle de bains, entrée via portillon, etc) . A renouveler l'an prochain ?

Très agréable séjour

Belle villa fonctionnelle bien agencée et joliment décorée dans laquelle on se sent "bien". La plage et à 5 mn à pied ainsi que les commerces, marchés. La propriétaire est sympathique, à l'écoute et très réactive. Nous étions 14 ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances. A recommander.

Très belle maison très bien située

Nous avions loué cette jolie maison très bien rénovée et très bien entretenue, en famille et nous avons passé une super semaine, tout à proximité de la plage et du centre ville ! La propriétaire est très arrangeante et très agréable. Merci !

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Kontakt

Das Haus ist neu eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Waren mit 10 Leuten dort zum surfen, hatten sehr viel Platz und der Strand war problemlos fußläufig erreichbar. Auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, absolut zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!
