"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. "Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "We found this ryokan by accident and we are extremely lucky. The ryokan is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.very peaceful and relaxing. Food was very delicious. Its a good place to rest and proceed to other destinations. We will definitely come again."
