The outdoor onsen was fabulous, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast/ dinner included were delicious and truly added to the experience. 「First of all, I will have to say this hotel has very minor stinkbug problem just like all the Japanese old style wood structure hotels have. In the winter those bugs will find a way to invade wood houses, but don't worry, they won't bite, and the staffs try to clean them at their best. Beside that, all the other service is top grade compare to the price, people are friendly and try to provide best they have, nice onsen, comfortable and clean rooms, I think I will consider to stay there again.」
