The check-in process was all automated and quite straightforward but be aware that the emails are sent in Japanese and I had to pop these in a translation app. The building is small but the room was a generous size. The place is slightly dated but very clean. ”

“First of all, you must be charmed by the decoration and personality on display at Koke-Musu-inn. The place is alive with character. Then the staff welcomes you with their own charm and the package is complete. I found the care taken to provide a comfortable stay very impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, and the location was great! I was glad to have found an easily accessible stopping point outside of Kyoto city. “This is a very nice and clean accommodation! I stayed just one person for 3 nights. Owner is friendly, helpful, and kind! Close to major bus routes. Shower and bathroom were clean and easily accessible. Great guest house, i enjoyed my stay!”
